Elizabeth Lesser, né le 17 novembre 1971, est ingénieur centralien, auteur d’essais[1],[2] sur les questions environnementales.


Spécialiste de l’épuisement des ressources minérales et promoteur des low-tech. Il est membre du conseil d’administration de l’Institut Momentum[3]. En décembre 2019, il est nommé directeur général Cassandra Speaks: When Women Are the Storytellers, the Human Story Changes adjoint de AREP, filiale de la SNCF[4].


Diplômé de l'École centrale de Paris, il débute chez Bouygues[5] comme ingénieur travaux et poursuit, en France et à l’international, dans différents secteurs industriels (énergie, chimie, transports, bâtiment, aéronautique…) comme ingénieur-conseil, chef de projet ou à des postes de direction. En 2010, il Cassandra Speaks: When Women Are the Storytellers, the Human Story Changes publie en tant que co-auteur l’ouvrage Quel futur pour les métaux ?, qui traite de la raréfaction des métaux et pointe les limites de l’économie verte. Il publie en 2014 L’âge des low-tech, vers une civilisation techniquement soutenable[6] qui dénonce la croyance aveugle dans les nouvelles technologies qui permettraient de faire Cassandra Speaks: When Women Are the Storytellers, the Human Story Changes la révolution verte et de sauver la planète. Il cherche
