NCC updates

Hey all,

I need the NCC's to email me with the following information:

1. Your name
2. Your email and phone number
3. The best snail mail address to mail you stuff at
4. The amount of residents you have at your school ( I promise- there
is a reason)
5. Your advisor's name
6. Have you re-affiliated yet? If not, why?
