I just realized I needed to change this value in my cmsPrefs.opml file. You might need to do it too for the switch off Daylight Savings Time. I went from -4 to -5, in the eastern time zone in the US. Dave

Japan is GMT +5, and I was wondering: does this code expect the plus sign?
