Hi friends. It's an exciting time here in Farewell Typewriterland. So
much to say, but the most important thing is:

We're playing this Sunday at Rockit Room in SF. It's the third round
of the international Emergenza Festival, and if we proceed beyond this
round, we'll get to play at the illustrious and historic Great
American Music Hall in June. This is the last audience-judged round –
in order to advance we'll need to be one of the two bands (out of
seven or eight) to receive the most votes by audience show of hand
after our set. The show starts at 8 p.m., but we play at 10:30 or so
(parking can take some time and schedules change, so we recommend
getting there early). Advance tickets are available from us for $10,
so contact your favorite band member to save yourself $5 per ticket.

We'll be selling our new Farewell Typewriter T-shirts at the show for
$10. They're black with the FT logo seen on the cover of our EP
"Selfish," and are available in both unisex & "girlie" styles.

Additionally, we're playing on the Stanford campus at the end of the
month (May 29), so keep your eyes peeled for more details about that.
