Another SF show Sat. 2/23

Hello friends,

Happy Valentine's Day. We wanted to send you all some of those chalky
hearts, but we couldn't figure out how to get them into an email
(let's just say our USB ports are currently non-functional).

Instead, we'll just tell you this: Farewell Typewriter has moved onto
the second step of the Emergenza Festival, and will once again be
competing with other bands at the Rockit Room in San Francisco. The
showdown is next Saturday, Feb. 23 at 8:30 p.m. We're slotted to play
at 10 p.m., but it's always possible there will be some time-slot
shuffling, so we advise showing up early.

Once again, we need your vote, via show of hands directly following
our set, to help us move onto the next round. And, once again, you can
buy advance tickets from Audie, Grant, Jason or Steve for $10 (or
email in...@farewelltypewriter.com and we'll figure out how to get you
tickets). Otherwise, it's $15 at the door.

A word of advice: Parking is tight in the area surrounding the club,
so give yourself a few extra minutes to circle the block. But don't
let that deter you from witnessing more of this kind of thing:
