encyclopedia build script

Hello, Everybody

I've made a small Python script to compile Far Manager Encyclopedia.
It will be more useful than existing Perl tool for those who want to
hack on Encyclopedia content. Checkout enc source:

svn co http://farmanager.com/svn/trunk/enc enc

place config.inc.py and tool.make_chm.pyfrom from
http://groups.google.com/group/fardeven/files into tools/
subdirectory, then run

python tool.make_chm.py

If all goes ok, there are HtmlHelp project files in build\chm\en
\pluginse.hhp
Compile them with HtmlHelp workshop

hhc.exe pluginse.hhp

and get .chm in distr_chm_pluginse


I hope somebody with write SVN access find time to review and commit
this.
