Creating on demand tree panel/view

Hi there, I am entirely new to Far plugin development. I am good with
C# and .NET but I have relearn C++.
My plugin idea is this, Load the tree view with only top level
folders, Load contents of selection when users navigates in.
I am thinking of starting up with FarNet and change it C++ if I had
any performace issues.
How to get started? Any other tips that would help me to move forward?
