Summary: FAR exits silently/crashes when ran inside ConEmu
Description:
Text editor started crashing FAR, regression is noticeable in builds between
v3.0.6631.4738 (no crash) and v3.0.6632.4742 (crash). Still present in recent
nightly v3.0 build 6710 x64

Steps to Reproduce:
1. download far 7z and latest ConEmu 7z ConEmuPack.230724.7z
2. Unpack ConEmu into far directory, launch ConEmu64.exe
3. Open changelog in editor, press End or PgDW

Expected results: text editor opens
Actual result: Far/ConEmu exits silently/crashes
