Summary: systrem tray animation for new RSS messages
Description:
i still use version 8.8.9 of The Bat, and there is systrem tray animation for
new RSS messages.

i wanted to switch to modern 12.* version, but i found out that there is no
systrem tray animation for new RSS messages. and there is no option specifically
for this behavior.

can the option "systrem tray animation for new RSS messages" be added for
further versions?
