Summary: Interface broken when display scale is not 100%
Description:
WHen starting full screen far fron shorcut with displayscale 125/150%, it looks
broken

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Far Manager v3.0 build 5700 x64
2. Run it
3. Maximize window
4. Close it
5. Set display "scale and layout" "change the size of text, apps and other
items" to 125% or 150%
6. Run far manager again, glitch is reproduced

you can run 6 step more times - every start is buggy, max->normal->max window
click restores view or any redraw actions, like ctrl-o double pressed
