Summary: Command history in command line cant disable
Description:
Command history in command line cant disable in settings, checkbox empty but
history dialog appear again and again when input in command line. After closing
FAR and loading next time, Dialog history checkbox again selected! I try to
blank checkbox many times, but History dialog appears when input, and checkbox
enabled after app restart.

Steps to Reproduce:
all inputs in command line cause appear comand history box
