Summary: Full screen (Alt+F9) mode don't cover all desktop if
display scale differ from 100% (i.e. DPI != 96)
Description:
I do have 4K screen on my Thinkpad but using 1920x1080 (full HD) resolution,
because of the text size. Here is my current settings:

Far Manager (tested latest release and nightly builds) looks like this:

Steps to Reproduce:
<ul>
<li>Select 250% display scale in Windows 10 settings
</li>
<li>Start Far Manager
</li>
<li>Press Alt+F9 for full screen mode
</li>
</ul>
