Summary: NetBox doesn't automatically refresh the panel after
changes
Description:
NetBox doesn't automatically refresh files in panel after changes, even it is
enabled in plugin configuration.

Steps to Reproduce:
In NetBox configuration I have checked "[x] Automatically refresh directory
after operation", but for example after changing file by Editor and save/upload,
file in panel is still with old size and date/time. Or after change directory by
command "cd .." in command line directory changes, but panel does not change,
shows still old files. After manual refresh by Ctrl+R it refreshes correctly.

Additional Information:
If it is not a question for this forum, please write me right way, meaning URL,
for reporting bugs of NetBox. I couldn't find it. Thanks.
