Far Cry 5.1 Install Problem

Hi,

I am trying to install a standalone instance of FarCry for the first
time, but I have not been able to get the installer to run. When I
goto http://www.mywebsite.com/farcry/, I get stuck in a redirect loop
that keeps taking me to http://www.mywebsite.com/farcry/core/webtop/install/noProject.cfm.

I am on a ColdFusion 8 server and have an MS SQL 2005 database
(although I haven't been able to get to the step where the database
connection is defined).

Does anyone have better installation instructions than what is
provided at http://docs.farcrycms.org/display/FCDEV50/Deployment+Configurations?
Any help here would be greatly appreciated!
