farcry 5 installation

Just downloaded and uzipped the packaged and followed the basic setup
instructions. Using ms access and the built in webserver for cf 9. I
get a file not found error when I try to run any .cfm template under
the farcry folder. All other templates in other directories work fine.
Noticed the farcry folder is read only in Windows file manager/
properties...

figured this out; folders were encrypted in windows.

Ran the installer and got this error

Also, if you are not too far into your development, I'd definitely recommend running with a 6.x release such as 6.0.4:
