Form builder plugin MIA, does anyone have the zip?

I'm trying to download the Form Builder Plugin for FarCry that is
detailed here:
http://docs.farcrycms.org/display/FCPLUG/Form+builder+plugin+(idlForm)

The download link in the wiki page is broken and I can't seem to track
down a copy of this idlForm.zip file. If anyone has it and could help
out by out by posting or emailing a link to a copy it would be greatly
appreciated.

Thanks for the response AJ but I don't think this plugin is in the
FarCry repo. I checked the plugins folder using the new repo URL
https://modius.svn.cvsdude.com/farcry and can't see it.

Is there a location where all non daemon plugins are stored? If not
then a plugin directory or exchange hosted on www.farcrycms.org might
be a good idea in case external download locations the plugin
developer dissapears.

The file was hosted on my personal blog which has been taken down. We
will shortly create a farcry.idl.no site where we share plugins etc..

We have been developing on this plugin quite a bit, and it is now
kinda between versions - some bugs and functionality still not ironed
out.
