Hi,

In the webtop if you navigate to Admin -> Developer Utilities - Send Email the dropdown menus stop working. Tested in IE10 and Chrome 35

Regards
Mark

I thought we had ripped that out. I guess it might be useful for testing the installed SMTP lib, but it's probably just using cfmail.

Yes, it's there as part of the email lib. Every plugin that overrides the lib (e.g. the Mandrill plugin) needs to be able to test sending emails, so it's there.

The "Test Email" page is a JS error because it's trying to use some jQuery plugin of TinyMCE, so that should be an easy fix.

Can you tell me what JS error you might be getting in the console for the FarCry Solr plugin website page?

Hi Justin,

Appears to be the same error. Ignore the first lines as that is happening on every page.

Cheers

Hmm, there's no JS error there, just a warning and a few ajax requests... Not sure what would be causing that.

I've just committed a fix for the send email test page though.

That’s ok, not worried anyway as it’s not a deal breaker.

Seeing as you’re on a roll J and working in this area, the Admin -> Developer Utilities -> Fix File Locations (/webtop/index.cfm?id=admin.coapi.filetools.fixfilelocations) is also borked.

Results in:

Element STOBJECT is undefined in ARGUMENTS.

Ahh... it's the self-closing iframe tag, it needs an explicit closing tag. I'll submit a pull request for that.

I'm not sure how the Fix File locations tool is meant to work, I think it was for pre-6.0 sites..... Maybe someone else has an idea :)

Good, so I’m not the only one J There are a few things in the webtop that I kind of know what they are/were doing but there has never been something explaining their proper use….or probably more important, the ramifications. E.g. dropping problem records when rebuilding refObjects.
