Hi there

I tried going to http://localhost/farcry/core/webtop/login.cfm to log
back into a project but when I try to do this I get the following
message:

FarCry Project Not Found
I'm terribly sorry, I can't find a FarCry project on this server to
administer.

I have checked in the webroot and the folder is there. There is also
a folder in farcry folder called projects and the project that I want
to edit is also located in here.

What is this issue - thanks in advance for feedback.

Regards

Have you tried going to the project home page first? If you have a
sub-directory install then the webtop will potentially be managing
multiple projects. For this reason you need to initialise the project
first before the webtop will detect it.

Hope that help,

You know, it may be a good idea to put that statement somewhere on the
I'm sorry page. I had experienced this in the past, and worked out that
you needed initialize the project first, but it's a tad frustrating
until this realization dawns on you. So, something to the effect of "If
you already have a project installed, please visit that page first to
ensure it is initialized and visit this page again". It would be
especially vexing to someone who's only a contributor that comes across
this message in a production environment.
