I purchased a classroom scene online (.obj file), and imported it into blender. At first it appeared nothing was there, but apparently it's just insanely small and no where near the default center point/grid. Once I realized this I was able to locate the classroom and work with all the objects in the room as normal. However, now I want to import a character from mixamo and adobe fuse (.fbx file). When I import the .fbx, it works, but it appears at the default center of the grid like most imported objects normally would.. This means the character is MUCH larger than the classroom. It also means that the classroom is extremely far away from my character at the center of the default grid. Is there a way for me to import my character into my classroom directly (where it is currently located), and at a smaller size automatically?...

The question is, how can i get models with the textures, correct orientation, correct scale, and animations to import/export properly (mainly from fuse or Make human to blender for adjustments then back again.)? All information i can find is simply mixamo to blender but those result in models being giant, facing incorrectly (on back) and not having rigging in properly. i need to be able to use animations and textures primarily.

Mesh hair, unlike other custom content in Fuse CC, has a diffuse texture that contains hand painted hair strokes. These strokes are painted over transparency or saved at 50% transparency as shown in the image.

first of all I tried going from fuse, I downloaded the ybot character fbx from mixamo with some animations
which I converted in 3dxchange to the maya_ik it worked fine on the ybot character but when I import or
apply to iclone the character thumb are looking weird, tried the same thing with a character I created and
uploaded from adobe fuse cc and I got the same a somewhat better result, in the body which might b luck but
the thumbs are still looking weird

İm really really tired. Because im create with 2K texture characters in mixamo and adobe fuse. And im export in unity. But textures looks like a 512x512. İm choose this shaders /transparant/cut out/bumped diffuse. And eye lashes looks really really bad.

Mixamo unveils its new release of Fuse, its Universal Character Creator. Unique high-quality characters can now be created in minutes though a very intuitive interface and then seamlessly rigged and animated using Mixamo service. The release adds a ton of new assets and the ability of importing textures. Fuse is available at www.mixamo.com/fuse, more info can be found on the Mixamo blog.

it only works with facial blendshapes of mixamo.... that is if you upload a chacrater made in fuse. and to the mixamo then it comes with blendshapes and auto riggin script basically. uses those.. ones... You need to have other script. to making your own blendshapes into control rigs

I am trying to import fuse model to blender and from blender to unity. I dont know how to apply textures (if its needed). all tutorials seems to use diferent version of blender. So how do I apply textures or load them in blenderenter image description here
