Just to inform that we are migrating the fapws.org website from one machine to an another.
Because of DNS change propagation, you could observe a downtime.

This is it. the website is now reachable (at least from my side of the world), but this should be very soon the case for everyone.
Sorry for the delay, we had some difficulties with DNS.
