fanstatic 0.14

Hi all,

Fanstatic 0.14 is out! Changes are:

- Alex Grönholm added python3 and pypy support.

- Using tox to test on python2.6/2.7/3.2/3.3/pypy.

- I have used this setup [1] in order to mirror the bitbucket repo to
github so we can run the tests on travis-ci.org [2]

If you want to work on fanstatic and have travis pick up your changes,
you'll need:

1) write access to the github repo; please send me your github
username and I'll make it work.
2) to adjust your ~/.hgrc to pick up hg-git as described in [1].
