求助: Chrome下https链接全部出现"错误 2 (net::ERR_FAILED)：未知错误。"

Chrome 下所有加密链接, 全部出现"错误 2 (net::ERR_FAILED)：未知错误"。

请教各位大牛，有什么方法解决？

重装 ，或者和我一样用chromium。哪天看着不顺眼了就直接删档案夹，再下载新版本的。反正chromium一天出好几个版本。

昨天后来发现是IE也干脆无法访问加密链接. 试着设置也无法访问. 不过, 今天就莫名其妙的好了...谢谢各位了.
