Tomé Gallery Annual Jewelry and Fiber Show

During the whole month of December, Tome Art Gallery will be featuring all types of jewelry and art created from various fibers. Our jewelers use silver, pewter, copper, gemstones, porcelain, glass and even paper to fashion earrings, bracelets, necklaces and other lovely baubles.

The fiber artists make blankets, scarves, jackets, wall hangings, hats and household goods using almost every fiber you can imagine. That means wool, silk, nylon, rayon, bamboo, and acrylics in an amazing array of colors and textures. Creative techniques include weaving, knitting, crochet, spinning, sewing, quilting, dyeing and felting.

To celebrate the opening of this show, there will be a reception at the gallery on Sunday, December 1 from 2 until 4 o’clock. Please join us to meet the artists and shop for everyone on your gift list. There may even be cookies to fortify you for your shopping spree.

Additional note: Nov. 30th is Small Business Saturday and there will be NO sales tax on items purchased this coming Saturday.
