Version 0.6 has been released and should make it to the maven central
repositories in the next few hours.
Windows issues should now be fixed.

I've requested the deployment to the central repository.  It could take 2 hours.

You can also download the 0.6 jar and install to your local repository if you don't want to wait.  http://maven.apache.org/guides/mini/guide-3rd-party-jars-local.html

i updated the pom.xml to 0.6 successfully though it does not show up in 

http://mvnrepository.com/artifact/com.googlecode.fannj/fannj
