Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac Should Be Shut Down, Not Resuscitated
Snippet:
The bottom line is that Fannie and Freddie, at best, undermine prosperity by diverting money from productive investment, and, at worst, they saddle the nation with a financial crisis.  They should be shut down, not resuscitated.

than sufficient to state a claim that the Net Worth Sweep effected a taking.
CONCLUSION
For these reasons, the Court should reverse the dismissal of Plaintiffs’
takings claims and remand these cases for trial.
