Some notes on all the pending litigation cases;

All eyes should be on Collins oral arguments 1/19 (with a decision expected shortly ~2-3 months after). The Bhatti and Rop cases are essentially duplicates of Collins so I expect Collins to guide/have the final say for all 3 of these cases. Contracts case trial still scheduled for summer 2022 and the takings case appeal decision should hit any day now as its been almost 5 months since oral arguments..
