But seen this a hundred times before. Maybe Saxton leaked? No other court case has. That is also what I am going to tell myself, because this is what makes me feel better about this POS stock.

What website do y'all like for tracking your stocks of interest? I've used Google finance since Yahoo went to hell, but now I can't see volume. Looking for a free replacement; TDA shows it but I get logged out every hour.

Yea Google finance is a shell of its former utility. I have gotten used to using finance.Yahoo.com but only at brief intervals. If you launch trade architect from TDA, it runs fairly lean, and does not boot you as quickly, iirc.

lately, my guess is that something IS in the works but only insiders know

what it is, and it was the insiders that have been doing the buying the last two

There was news out the past couple days that FnF would no longer be backing investment programs in rental homes and that the industry and housing advocates saw this as a good sign... I have no idea if that was the impetus for price movement, but it definitely didn't hurt

If it's not hidden, then I assume the catalyst is the 3rd district or wherever asking about damages. ROLG interpreted this question negatively, but a possible interpretation is that the panel is sympathetic to the plaintiff's case and are digging deeper into what damages would look like.
