In this post Tim briefly analyzes why former Treasury Secretary Mnuchin and FHFA Director Calabria were unable to deliver on Mnuchin’s November 2016 pledge to “get [Fannie and Freddie] out of government control” during the first Trump administration, and discuss why changes over the past eight years in the companies’ circumstances and condition make “Release 2.0” much more likely in a second one.

Until you arrived, this board was decent for adult, investor-oriented discussion where the participants had some degree of credibility, if not a good sense of intellectual financial and economic discussion. One day you MAY grow beyond a juvenile mentality; however, your posts show little hope.
