Most attempts to access AO3 (with fanficfare 4.60.0) end with this
rather large error:

I wonder what's the problem. When we are doing basically the same what
a regular Internet Browser does, why `fanficfare` fails and my Firefox
doesn’t? If we are doing something different, what is different, and
what is missing?
