Error trying to download a fic from AO3

This one fic keeps giving me an error message when I try to download it.

Had a similar issue yesterday with a different fic but after about 4 or 5 tries it finally allowed me to download it. I do have my persona_ini set to

is_adult:true

I'm able to download that story.

AO3 site is having various issues with CloudFlare, attacks, etc. 
There's not really much we can do on our end.

Worst case, use AO3's built-in epub download.
