I'm running into chapter error messages when downloading FanFiction stories, like below. Plugin is 4.31.0 and Calibre Is Mac, 7.5.1. How do I fix this?

Why was this issue closed? Is there no fix at all?

Did you read the second comment?

Limited Support Sites

Unfortunately, it has become difficult or impossible to support some sites
completely, often due to CloudFlare blocking.

For those sites, FanFicFare has implemented Browser Cache and Proxy
Features to work around the issues.

Notably:

    fanfiction.net requires using either the Browser Cache Feature or Proxy
Features for most users.

Yes, I read that.  The Browser Cache is what I'm having issues with, having set it to TRUE. Made another attempt.  I went to https://github.com/JimmXinu/FanFicFare/wiki/BrowserCacheFeature and I tried adding open_pages_in_browser:true

. Also, I followed No. 3 and 6 (clicking through every single chapters, then I went back to Calibre and selected Update Existing FanFiction Books, with update mode set to Overwrite Always.  Still having the same issues.

Should I resort to using the proxy features suggestion?

Tried again by clearing the cache within Chrome and repeating the steps I took and it seems to have worked.

Only workaround mentioned in
https://github.com/JimmXinu/FanFicFare/wiki/BrowserCacheFeature
(or if you can make some proxies like
https://github.com/nsapa/fanfictionnet_ff_proxy, it didn’t work
for me lately). The problem is that CloudFare very effectively
blocks any robotic access to FFnet pages.

Mostly you need to set `[defaults].browser_cache_path` appropriately and then I use alias

```sh
alias ff_cache='fanficfare -o use_browser_cache=true -o use_browser_cache_only=true'
```
