Downloader not working in Calibre for fanfiction.net

Jimm, Pulled this from the FanFiction Downloader Issues tab in case you haven't seen...., any advice for a general user(not code savvy) on how to fix would be greatly appreciated. Issue 56: error 403, forbidden

I am using Calibre 1.2 and plugin version 1.7.41.

If calibre plugin, did you use Add New, Update EPUB if New Chapters, Update
EPUB Always, Overwrite if Newer, Overwrite Always or Update Calibre

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Highlight existing story, or add new story from URL

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
None of the x stories you selected needed to be updated.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Plugin 1.7.41 on Windows 7 with Calibre(x86) on Windows 7

I notice the URL in the log is not the same as copied from the website.

I also tried deleting and re-importing the book.  Same result.
