The appspot page is not working?

So the main page says that we are supposed to use http://fanficfare.appspot.com/ but I just keep getting a 404 error. Is this a me problem, or something else?

As of late November 2019, the web service version is shutdown.

This email from nota...@gmail.com to the list triggered my
Anti-Virus program, which said that "PartNo_1#3307710730" was
infected with "HTML:Url-inf [Susp]"

I don't know what any of that means, but I pass it along. I can't
remember the last time my Anti-Virus popped up about an email. I use
Eudora to download my email.
