HelloI want to create a simple referral program for the company and I would like to use Hubspot Marketing Free to do it. The main goal is to create a landing page on Wordpress where our current customers will be directed and here they would have to fill in the Hubspot form and make a recommendation for us. The data should be recorded in our Hubspot CRM. After that, we would get in touch with the specific person and update the customer. Here are the elements the program should contain:
- A landing page created by us in Wordpress
- A form created with Hubspot Free that should include the information of the person referred but also the information of the person referring. A good source I found: -to-make-a-referral-form
My question is mostly related to the possibility to add a new contact (the one referred) and the possibility to update the information of the existing customer who referred (have an overview of the forms he submitted and how many times).
This post had a similiar request and the responses include using custom fields and a link to instructions for building a referral program using only HubSpot tools: -program-using-Hubspot-CRM/m-p/243524
Hi @Petra-Princh While it would be possible to use HubSpot Free Forms to create a referral, (the email field will create a new contact record), tracking the number of referals per customer is not possible. Cookie tracking restricts us from being able to track anything related to the referrers email address.
The Vocational Provider Summit on June 7, 2024 featured a Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) panel with Don Seese, from Washington Department of Veteran Affairs; L&I Assistant Medical Director, Dr. Jennifer Jutte, MPH, PhD; and L&I Deputy Assistant Director for Insurance Services Brenda Heilman.
Providing information in the right way at the right time is critical when working with medical providers. Please work with your VRCs to help them understand how the flier can be integrated into a more comprehensive communication strategy with medical providers.
Failure to submit required documentation, such as missing vocational closing reports, may delay claim progress and create payment issues for workers and employers. A fax confirmation is not a guarantee that the document is in the claim file. Vocational counselors are encouraged to regularly check the Claims and Account Center (CAC) to ensure their work products have been successfully received. If a report is not received, the consequences may include:
Each day, L&I receives about 91,000 pages of documentation for imaging and uploading. Despite the high volume, documents are available in the claim file within three days. The error percentage is low, but if documents are lost or uploaded incorrectly, claim managers may not have the information they need to move the claim forward.
The billing and payments policy within MARFS Chapter 30 requires the vocational counselor to confirm closing reports are received in the claim file. However, reviewing CAC for all submitted work products, to identify missing documentation early, is a best practice for vocational counselors.
After June 17, WordBridge must be the only method of securing an in-person interpreter. If you are unable to secure an interpreter through WordBridge, you may use the phone interpreter services provided by CTS Language Link. Medical and vocational providers can request on-demand, telephonic interpreter services through CTS Language Link through July 31st, 2024. Call one of the phone numbers below and have the claim ID and other necessary information ready.
L&I has heard valuable feedback over the last couple of weeks about the transition to the new system specifically, the need to have additional access points for medical and vocational providers to access interpreter services. As a result, SOSi will be rolling out a phone line for on-demand, offsite phone interpretation services. We will be sending a communication in the next month with more detail.
Please ensure that all users/requestors are registered in My L&I. Then, contact the L&I interpretation services team at
Interpr...@Lni.Wa.Gov to complete a one-time intake form necessary to set up your account in the WordBridge system.
The re-employment specialists have been an important partner in our efforts to assist injured workers heal and return to work. The decision to end the contract was made due to the changing agency landscape, including the increase in the number of WorkSource vocational service specialists (VSSs), from four to 12; and our success in helping workers return to work through our vocational recovery referrals.
If you would like additional referral pads sent to your office simply contact us. Please indicate that you would like referral forms and include your shipping address in the "Message" box on the form. Thank you!

Starfish is a tool to connect students with advisors, counselors, faculty, and campus resources. With Starfish, you can build a personalized network of helpful people and resources to help you finish what you start.
Flags are raised by faculty at any time throughout the course, to communicate a concern related to academic progress. Students receive an e-mail once the flag has been raised, and the email typically includes faculty comments. Your assigned Academic Advisor and Counselor are made aware of the flag, as well so they can help support your success.
Referrals are a way for faculty and staff to guide a student to a specific office or to access a specific resource. Referrals are more supportive than just telling a student they should visit a particular office because they generate an email that tells the student how to connect with that office. Additionally, once the referral has been raised, a staff member from the referral area will attempt to connect with the student.
Kudos are a way faculty and staff to express positive feedback to students. Students may be told, from faculty, to Keep Up the Good Work, or they may say you are Showing Improvement. Students will be notified via e-mail and will see kudos highlighted on their front page of Starfish when they enter the system.
Once you have completed the orientation process, new Century students are encouraged to schedule an appointment with your Registration Advisor. Your Registration Advisor will review your program and course information, help you register and answer questions you have about your first semester at Century.
Starfish Early Alert enables faculty to alert students of their individual progress in their respective courses. While feedback is valuable throughout the semester, UNCG coordinates institution-wide feedback efforts via the completion of Academic Status Reports (ASR) at the following times each semester:
Faculty often have questions about what occurs after they have raised flags, kudos, or referrals for their students. The information below shows the communication and outreach that is triggered once specific Starfish tracking items have been raised.
Syncing capability between Starfish and iSpartan calendars ensures there is no double booking or overlap in commitments for UNCG faculty and staff, and allows students to easily view appointment availability and schedule meetings based on their schedule.
If your department or advising center would like to use Starfish CONNECT for managing student appointments and meeting notes, please reach out to Devonne Gaddy, Early Alert & Intervention Coordinator, at ([email protected]) to learn more about how Starfish CONNECT can benefit you and your work!
The resources below will assist you as a faculty member, advisor, or support staff member in navigating through the Starfish platform. Click on the relative topic to learn more about different Starfish components and to access helpful how-to guides.
Email templates for flags, kudos, and some referrals are located in the RESOURCES tab. Personalized, typed comments can be inserted within a specific area of the email as shown in the template. An exception is the Counseling referral.
