Virtualization support in Fancytree

Hi,

Thanks for such a feature rich tree.

However I am finding it unusable for a large number of nodes at same level (for e.g. 100000).

I was wondering if extensions ecosystem of FancyTree provides an opportunity to implement virtualization for node-creation.

So if my viewport can only display 10 nodes then at any given point of time Fancytree generates only 10 nodes for rendering.
As user scrolls (using mouse/keyboard) more nodes gets created and DOM elements for previous out of view nodes get destroyed.

This feature was occasionally requested (https://github.com/mar10/fancytree/issues/169), but there is currently no implementation I am aware of.
