Mouse scroll stops working after Fancybox use

Hi.

I have a number of youtube videos which launch via fancybox. I'm finding that the mouse scroll of the entire page stops working after viewing these. This happens about 50% of the time. I was wondering if anybody knows any way to prevent this happening entirely?

I don't have my website up at the moment, just developing it on the local server in Joomla. However the moment i have it up i'll post a link here.
