Fancybox doesn't work on mozilla firefox (my version is 12)
When I click on a thumbnail, the browser open a blank page with the direct link of the image.

The second problem is rapresented by the conflict between fancybox and jquery tubular.

Any Idea to solve the two problems?

Thx

Hi Frau M,

I have FF 12 installed and Fancybox is working fine on my end. How are
you going about adding Fancybox to your blog?
I am not aware of any problems between Tubular and Fancybox. Could you
be more specific?

Hi!

I've added fancybox with facebook walleria plugin.
For tubular, If I add the plugin with the video background, the site do not charge the pic and crash the browser.

This is my client site... try to click on a photo.

I just tested it on FF. Although the browser did not crash, fancybox did not work.
Question: R U using jquery Tubular for audio playback? If so, it might be a little overkill since you are really playing video in your background, just audio. You could try a different script for audio playback (there are a bunch out there).

I use tubular for playing a youtube video (video&audio) in background, like Official site

Any Ideas?

I do not understand why fancybox doesn't work in mozilla. Other site with the same plugin work properly.

I understand that. What I was trying to tell you is that I don't see any videos running in the bgd of your site. The only playback I was able to find was audio, which is why I asked you about it.

Have you actually confirmed that the issue comes from an incompatibility between tubular and fancybox? For instance, you could try to unload Tubular and see if FBX works in FF.
I don't know any other plugins that allow you to set videos as bgds.
I'll try to take a look at your site's source code see if I find anything.

You can't see video cause i've remove tubular (cause it crash browser and the fancyb doesn't work). The audioplayer is a simple html5 player.

There isn't tubular now... so fancybox have trouble with firefox

I noticed that the Facebook Walleria plugin is using version 1.3.4 of fancybox. Why don't try to update the files FBW is using from FBX to the latest versions see if the issue remains? Leave Tubular disabled for now. Just to be on the safe side, instead of using HTML conditional tags "<!--" use php to comment out:
<?php /*
Tubular code
*/
?>
If that test doesn't work, another test you can try is disabling FBW and using Fancybox directly so that you can test whether the issue comes from FBW or Fancybox.

Hi there.
Did you also try disabling the FBW completely, and uploading and enabling the latest version of the Fancybox plugin see if the problem persists?
Also, something you should definitely try is disable all your other plugins except for the one(s) you are testing. That way, you can make sure the pb lies in the plugin that is being tested.

I see. This confirms my suspicion that there must be something in your site that is colliding with the plugin. Did you try:
1. Disabling all your plugins except for FBW?
2. Disabling all your plugins including FBW and using Fancybox alone?
3. Switching themes to the Twenty Eleven theme?
If you don't give me more information, I won't be able to do much more from here.
Cheers!
