Last Ronin is back! Launching this week TMNT Last Ronin II Re-Evolution is the follow up to the well beloved Last Ronin series that shook the industry. The next generation of here to pick up the pieces in the dystopian future... where there may not even be pizza. A chilling concept. Bat-Man First Knight #1 is a great pulpy yarn from the legendary Dan Jurgens and Mike Perkins. This excellent series is the prefect look at the early days of Batman as they were originally envisioned. The book I am most excited about this week is Ultimate X-men #1. Peach Momoko has delivered an excellent new series with those Japanese horror vibes that really set it apart from the other Marvel titles. If you are a fan of good writing or good art, this is one you just can't miss. All these and more this week at Fanboy Comics!

Manga are comics or graphic novels originating from Japan. Most manga conform to a style developed in Japan in the late 19th century, and the form has a long prehistory in earlier Japanese art. The term manga is used in Japan to refer to both comics and cartooning. Outside of Japan, the word is typically used to refer to comics originally published in the country.
In Japan, people of all ages read manga. The medium includes works in a broad range of genres: action, adventure, business and commerce, comedy, detective, drama, historical, horror, mystery, romance, science fiction and fantasy, sports and games, and suspense, among others.
