Subject: Sam Sandt
It is with sadness that I wanted to inform you of the passing of Sam Sandt, Pat's husband. Sam, a diabetic, fell as a consequence of a sugar low on Tuesday the 23rd, causing grave damage to his head. Sam never regained consciousness after his fall. After an emergency surgery, it was determined that the damage to his brain was extremely severe. Sam passed, very peacefully, on Tuesday night surrounded by his loved ones.
Services will be at Green Hills Mortuary and Memorial Chapel on Tuesday Aug 13 at 3pm, at 27501 South Western Avenue Rancho Palos Verdes, CA 90275
Sympathy cards may be sent to Pat at 2785 Pacific Coast Hwy, #312, Torrance CA 90505 (only mail is accepted at this location)
