Rally at Riverbend

April 29th @ 1PM @ Weeks footbridge/Memorial Drive

Remember the wonderful Halloween ride last year on the closed to cars Memorial Drive? Many area residents have been deeply disappointed to learn of the recent DCR decision to reduce weekend closures. These cuts to Riverbend Park are a reduction of over 80% of the open park hours which the Cambridge city council requested. There has been no effort to do any traffic studies or mitigation, or to reach any meaningful compromise. Memorial Drive Alliance is hosting a rally to move this conversation forward.

Cargo Bike Test Drive Event

April 30th @ 10AM @ Danehy Park Cambridge

Our crowd sourced event where parent owners of cargo bikes provide a variety of opinions and offer test drives on the safe to new riders central paved bike trail of Danehy Park, Cambridge. Plus reps from Bicycle Belle and Ace will be there to fill in with their expertise and additional bikes. This time we expect a handful of owners who are selling their used bikes too.
