Summer Ride is this Sunday

The weather looks perfect for our 6th Annual Summer Family Bike Ride event happening this Sunday!

The event starts at 9:30AM in front of Belmont High School.   If you are not familiar with Belmont the high school is not far from the Fresh Pond area of Cambridge.   It can be accessed from the Fitchburg Cutoff Path which connect to the Minuteman Trail at Alewife station.

The ride is curated to showcase infrastructure and we will follow our conservative tradition of having a crossing guard at every intersection, plus 5 police police officers, 4 of them on bikes.   

At the destination we will have ice cream (and food sensitivity alternatives), craft activities, nail painting, a playground which has a water feature (bring water clothes).

(Harvard's Square's porchfest starts right after at noon so if your family still has energy you can check that out after.)
