Save the dates and future events

[Family Bike Ride]

Hello,

Time to look forward to a spring thaw.   Please pencil save the dates for potential Family Bike Ride events this spring.  Subject to change.

• Sun April 12th AM-Spring Ride Cambridge North Point area to Boston
• Sat April 25th day trip from Cambridge Fresh Pond Area to Waltham Sheepshearing Festival Ride (cancelled last year due to rain)
• Sun May 3rd Test Drive Event
• Sat May 9th smaller version of our Test Drive event at Watertown Eco Fest
• Unknown date, likely a Sunday, perhaps announced the week of, The Coastal Ride-daytrip along the coast to Quincy. (cancelled last year due to rain)
• Maybe others TBA on this email list.

We will send updates to this email list and the website once these events become official.

Future event planning

If you live in or have connections in Arlington, Brookline, Boston, or with DCR, we could use help with permitting future events we aspire to do.   It could be writing a letter of support or working connections or having a local group to co produce to add legitimacy.  Sometimes we are welcomed by permit granting authorities, sometimes the reception is...not that way.   Please reply so we can build a list of people to ask for support when it is time.   We want to highlight safe infrastructure in many towns.
