RE: Family Promise Parade/Festival logistics

I’ve got the cash box and Dan has the PayPal slider device. Dan, if you can do the 9-11 shift ???, I can take over after the parade. Can you bring donation forms? Can I get the cash box to you before Saturday?
We also will need some (all?) of our publications for the booth and probably a card table to put them on. I’ve got the miscellaneous pubs and the brochures in boxes, but won’t be at the booth until the parade is over.
I think we need to go out now to the larger email list and get volunteers for the time slots Jennie described.
Wonder if GW should be there, or if he can.
For those in the parade, we’ll need to leave our cars somewhere along the parade route, then hike to the start, unless we can get someone to drop us. Large lots at JFBC directly across the street from the festival, but a long walk from the start.

We are back to back events this week! Please see the attached logistics/supply list for the parade and festival. This is not in any order, just some thoughts I jotted down during the peace of the Yoga Mala. If someone is already providing something, I have noted it. I am counting on some folks to help, since I will be lining up the parade people and trying to help with the booth. I have not perfected my transporter room capabilities, even if my name is Scotty!
Donna, you are the nurse, can you do the first aid kit?
Anything I left off?

Hey Bob.Hope you're doing well. Just wanted to let you know that I will be at the parade on Saturday, although I'll be participating as East Cobber's 2013 Father of the year. I'll be there with my daughter Caroline, who wrote the nomination that got me selected. So it's really her award and I'll just be going along to smile and wave.Hopefully I'll see the FPCC while staging or somewhere along the route.gw
