Update on FPCC goings-on

Family Promise of Cobb Core team and supporters,
As you all know, we are now into the fifth week of hosting our guest families. By all accounts, the guests and hosts are enjoying the experience. Also, we are very close to getting a Certificate of Occupancy from the fire marshal and moving into the day center. By this time next week, Camilla and her volunteer case worker, Louise Sterling, should be fully up and operating there. Many thanks go to all who have helped get this center ready. Special thanks goes to John Sivret who has been working hard to get the computer network cabling set up. We have been very fortunate to have his expertise for this project.
We are also getting ready for our Day Center Grand Opening event which will occur on March 1. We are excited to say that the Founder Karen Olson will be there to help us cut the ribbon. We will have limited seating with only have 12 tables. We still have some needs for this event. Specifically, we want to know if anyone can provide floral arrangements for the event. If you do have such expertise and are willing to offer it, please contact Jennie Scott at energet...@aol.com as soon as possible.
Also, our mailing address is changing to 2325 Roswell Road, Building 400, Marietta, GA 30062. All mail henceforth should be sent there. We will continue to keep the PO box mailing address through June but mail going there should dwindle over the next few months.
