Starting the process to hire a director

To our core planning team,

 

We have reached that time where we need to begin our formal planning and search for a Director for our Cobb FP organization.  We believe we are near to a final decision for a day center and are on track to raising the first half of our annual budget which are the primary factors determining when we can open.

Bob Foster, our Treasurer, and Hale Sanders, our Secretary, have volunteered to help initiate the hiring process, and Bob Wiesman from the Smyrna Church of the Nazarene has agreed to be part of this workgroup.  We also have an HR professional with whom we hope to meet soon to guide this process.

A number of people have already approached us to express an interest in this position, which is gratifying.  Being at the forefront of helping people will certainly be a rewarding job.  If those of you who have been part of our core group are interested in the job, for yourself or a friend, stay tuned.  More information will be coming soon.
