Premium Version not working properly

Hello
I recently purchased the premium version of family gem
Unfortunately it is not recognized on the second device.
not only that, since I tried to remove it from the first, it is not recognized by this one either.
how do you think you can solve this? Will you refund my purchase or fix the problem?

Hi Marco,

I've found one order associated to your email address.
In the database the status of your order is consumed.

Consumed means that your purchase has been correctly processed, but after that it has also been "spent".
Because of that Family Gem Premium is rightly no more active on all your devices.

Typically a purchase of Family Gem Premium can be "consumed" by going to:

Trees Settings About Family Gem Premium Delete
In your case consumption occurred two minutes after purchase.
Maybe you clicked the Delete button unintentionally after purchasing?
