I subscribed to your app for life. Then I deleted the app. Now I've reinstalled it. The app doesn't recognize me. There's no login button.

No, there is no login in Family Gem.
The purchase of Family Gem Premium is linked to your Gmail account.
Simply go to Trees Settings About → the Premium subscription should immediately reactivate automatically

The activation didn't work in the "About" section. I clicked on "delete," and it was deleted. How do I activate it?

Yes, I see in the console that about one hour ago you clicked the Delete button of the Premium subscription.
Now your subscription is deleted.
If you want it you have to purchase it again.

Maybe you clicked on the Delete button unintentionally. If you want I can refund you previous subscription.
Let me know.

I received a refund email. Even though I had balance, I couldn't make the purchase. And the email from the Play Store says there's a problem. So the refund you sent isn't going into my account either. I'll resolve the issue and try again. Thank you and good night.
