Dear support team,

I get a permission error when trying to export GEDCOM file, please see attached.

This app has the archive permission.

Can you check it and fix it?

My phone has android 10.

Xiaomi Mi A3.

Hi Matteo,

thank you for reporting this issue.

I'm able to reproduce it on an Android 10 emulator.

2 days ago the new version 0.7.16 of Family Gem has been released.
The export to GEDCOM process has been complexly redesigned, and this issue should be fixed.
