Error "Can't get useful data"

Hi,

I tried to change the date on my family tree and the app crashed. When I tried to open it I received an error message. I restarted the app and my phone to no avail, there was no useful data to find errors in apparently, and the app wouldn't let me download a .zip file. Can you give me an idea for next steps?
