Amazing tent!

This was an upgrade for me from my Eureka solitaire. The solitaire is a fine tent but these old bones are getting tired of worming my way out of opening and I still haven't mastered the art of changing in confined spaces. I took out the Hubba on weekend camping trip. We had rain, heavy wind and cold temperatures (in the 30's anyway) - it was rock solid. Very roomy, well ventilated, and the 'rain gutter' on the tent fly was a great surprise when getting up in the middle of the night...no water down my back!

Great backpacking tent

Took it on a three night backpacking trip in the Grand Canyon. Great tent, warm, easy setup, excellent ventilation. Zippers rarely snag. It came with six lightweight aluminum stakes. I did find that the stakes tend to bend and will probably have to be replaced after my next trip. Otherwise, great tent. I stayed completely dry when others in my party reported getting wet in their tents.

I 'm going to Japan thouse Alpus in this summer vacation. I will use MSR Hubba NX. Hubba is very cool! And more easy .
I think Hubba is top of the tents.
